Delivery and Returns Policy
Please note that we will not deliver to PO boxes

Delivery
Our aim is dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving your order, subject to stock availability, delivery will be made by royal mail or courier
which will require a signature on receipt. Whilst we make every effort to deliver within a reasonable time, we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. Please notify us either by telephone 0161 330 6662/email if you do not receive your item(s) in a reasonable time.

Returns Policy
The United Kingdom’s Distant Selling Regulations 2000 provide you with the right to cancel your order for items purchased, at Needs Electrical Wholesalers Ltd we want you to be delighted with your purchase. Occasionally though, we realize that you may want to return items. You may return an item within seven working days from the day you received your item(s). If you wish to cancel your order please contact us by telephone 0161 330 6662 /email with details of your cancellation. If you have already received and opened the item(s) please carefully repackage and return with your original receipt to Needs Electrical Wholesalers Ltd Unit 1 Rutland Street, Ashton-u-Lyne, Lancs. OL6 6TX we will refund the purchase price but not any delivery costs incurred by us in sending the order to you or incurred by you in returning the item(s) to us.

Damaged or Faulty goods
We take great care to ensure that you receive your goods in perfect condition. However, if your goods are damaged or faulty, please telephone our returns department on 0161 330 6662 within 3 days of receipt of your order. We will replace or refund at your discretion. (please enclose original invoice for internal tracking purposes) We will also pay the cost of the return postage. You will need to obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office (please write down your tracking number for your reference and enclose the original with the return ) for us to be able to refund your postage costs.

For all goods returned, we recommend that you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery such as Royal Mail First Class (Recorded Delivery) as you will be responsible for the goods until received by us.
